The MTC bio line of bacteriological spreaders a packed sterile (10 sterile spreader per peel) and sold in a case of 1000 spreaders. Spreaders are also autoclavable and have smooth rounded edges for to prevent unwanted cutting, scraping or gouging of agar during inolculation.

The T-Shape ensures that consistently even pressure can applied across the entire span of the 34mm spreading surface. Designed for spreading and dispersing liquids across the surface of agar culture plates, they are made of ABS and commonly used for CFU plate counts on water, milk, urine, etc.
